|Happy New Year! With the new year comes the beginning of many of our member benefit programs here at Assured Life Association; the first of which is the College Scholarship Program. The 2017 College Scholarship Application process is officially underway! The deadline for all applications is March 15, 2017.
Benefit members, or children or grandchildren of benefit members, are eligible to apply for an Assured Life Association college scholarship. A benefit member is a person age 18 years or older who has been issued and currently owns an insurance or annuity certificate issued or assumed by the Society. The certificate must be inforce at the time of application as well as at the time any scholarship award is granted. This includes all life insurance, medicare supplement insurance and annuity certificates. Applicants must also have at least a 2.50 GPA to be eligible.
